    I want to share my pleasant experience visiting the mall La Vaguada in Madrid where they have kind of Information points with touchscreens which is very helpful to find rapidly what you need. It has different categories like Restaurants, Fashion, Shoes, Beauty etc., or categories by the brand/store name, and when you pick the place you need by touching the screen, it shows you in 3D the route where you need to go from where you are, so you quickly have an understanding if you need to go up to the next floor or not, where you have the escalator to go up or down, the direction you need to take. It´s so quickly, comfortable and easy to understand that I enjoyed my staying in this Shopping Center so much. In the malls of Spain people have always the same problem, they need to go through whole mall to find what they want or, for example, you never know where the ascending escalators or descending escalators are, especially in El Corte Ingles. This kind of poor customer experience just stressing you up and takes away your precious time 🙂
